Participants wanted: Study on depth perception in strabismus (squint)

If you think you have or had strabismus (squint), or cannot see 3D movies we invite you to participate in a research project on a condition known as strabismus or squint (which is a misalignment of the eyes). In this study we are interested in understanding how depth perception is affected by this condition.

The experiment will involve looking at objects displayed on a 3D monitor and making judgments about their size.  The session will take about 1 hour.

The information you provide will be anonymised and held confidentially by researcher and supervisor involved in this project. Before agreeing to participate you will be given an information sheet that will further detail the research.

Participants in the study will be given a reward of £5 for their time.

If you think you have or had strabismus (squint), or cannot see 3D movies and would like to participate please contact Giedre Zlatkute gz37@st-andrews.ac.uk
