Open Association courses and lectures

Our new brochure for the academic year 2018-19 is now available and full of exciting courses and lectures. These include the return of our popular and established courses such as “Introduction to Sign Language”, and “Creative Writing” and the introduction of “Social Anthropology”, and “Scottish and American History”. We are also delighted to announce a series of talks to celebrate 2018 Year of the Woman where we will talk about unknown Scottish woman in the field of science, and celebrate the centenary of WW1 and the Suffragette movement. Our Friday Evening Lecture Series also continue, with a diverse range of titles such as “What Did the Reformation do for Scotland”, “The Polish Winged Hussars”, “Robert and Clara Schumann and Kinderszenen”, and “Peace in the Age of Social Media: Lessons Learned from Northern Ireland”.
