Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

These are events are to enable participants to network, speak to scheme coordinators and get further information about frequently asked questions, assistance with issues and guidance to get the best out of mentoring partnerships.

You will also hear from a mentor and mentee from previous cycles who will tell you their story and successes from participating in the mentoring scheme.

We encourage participants to attend these sessions as a partnership (mentor and mentee) but they are open to individual participants as well.

The Teaching, Research & Academic Mentoring Scheme, formerly known as the Early Career Academics’ Mentoring Scheme, aims to pair experienced Teaching and Research Academics (mentors) with colleagues at an earlier career stage (mentees), to provide guidance and structured support.
