This is a reminder that the University has user-friendly guidelines and a house style guide to help staff use St Andrews’ visual and corporate identity – with particular reference to the use of the University crest and associated logos. The 2018 edition of the Corporate Identity Guidelines can be found here: http://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/corporate-identity/
The Corporate Identity sign-in webpage has a PDF of the Guidelines together with drop-down menus from the Guidelines with options to download University logos and various templates. The contents of the 2018 edition of the Corporate Identity Guidelines include:
Essential elements of the University logos
Presenting the University’s charitable status information
Using logos on clothing and merchandise
Email signatures (Please ensure that your Email signature follows the agreed layout – The Times and Sunday Times logo should be removed.)
Large format academic poster templates
Pull-up banner templates
Please take time to familiarise yourself with the Guidelines. An email will be sent out to all office administrators and Heads of Schools/Units with the Guidelines as an attachment and a request to share with all staff.
The University’s house style guide provides information when writing content both for print and online.
