Tuesday 23 June 2020

Exploring how the COVID-19 lockdown has impacted UK based runners/ joggers exercise routine.

This study is being conducted as part of Meredith Schertzinger’s PhD Thesis in the Schools of Medicine and of Management at the University of St Andrews.

We invite you to participate in an online research questionnaire looking to assess the effects the lockdown has had on running, specifically in collective forms of running such as jog groups, parkrun, and running with friends.

This questionnaire will take you about 15 minutes to complete asking about your current health and well-being, exercise identity, motivation, and social media usage.

Completion of the survey will allow you to be entered into a £25 prize draw for a high street e-voucher.

If you are interested, please click on the link below. You will have the opportunity to download a participant information sheet that further details my research and you are welcome to contact me with questions, before consenting and participating in the questionnaire.
