Reduced IT service on Friday 2nd July 2021, including PC Clinic
IT Services have been advised that the primary sub-station at Eden Campus will be shut down on Friday 2nd July 2021 at 0500 hours, and will be re-instated at 1700 hours on Saturday 3rd July 2021. This is to facilitate enabling works for future projects at the site.
Walter Bower House (located on Eden Campus), where IT Services are based, will therefore be closed on Friday 2nd July. This means we can only offer a limited in-person IT/AV technician support service to colleagues across the university during this period. Our PC Clinic service can accept equipment at the Main Library, however, no repairs can be carried out on that day, due to the workshop being unavailable. Our IT/AV Technicians can provide a remote service on this day; calls should be logged via the IT Service Desk in the usual way. Our IT help point at the main library will continue to offer in-person support to staff and students.
