Participants wanted: Customer Service Chatbot with a Team of Assistants (Online Questionnaire)
This study is being conducted as part of Zifan Wei and Zhiyuan Lin’s MSc Dissertation in the School of Computer Science at the University of St Andrews.
We invite you to participate in a research project to evaluate a chatbot system in the form of questionnaires through the online survey platform Qualtrics. The general aim of the project is to build a customer service chatbot system to plan trips for users, and create a team of assistant agents to better support users and make conversations more entertaining. We have designed a questionnaire with screenshots of the system to evaluate the interface and performance, and hope you can participate in this evaluation process. The questionnaire should take no more than 5 minutes.
