Revised IT service due to Main Library extended closure
Due to the extended closure of the Main Library until 10th January, IT Services will operate a revised service for IT support, student ID card collection and PC Clinic services.
IT Help: our IT Help Point in the Main Library will be closed until Monday 10th January. IT support is available in-person at Walter Bower House, by phone or email between 0900-1700 hours, Wednesday 5th – Friday 7th January 2022. There will be no support available the weekend of the 8th & 9th January, except in the event of an emergency.
PC Clinic: for any urgent requests between 5th – 7th January, these should be logged with [email protected] and they will arrange a suitable drop off/collection location.
Student ID cards: for any new students staying in Halls, their student ID card will be in their allocated Hall of Residence for collection there. For other student ID card collections between Wednesday 5th – Friday 7th January, cards can be collected from the small Butts Wynd Computer Classroom each day from 1200-1500 hours.
