Do you want to develop a range of Graduate Attributes and enhance your employability this summer?
The Summer Teams Enterprise Programme 2022 is your opportunity to invest 8 weeks in participating in a skills development programme, where you will work on a real-life project designed and supported by University staff, gain virtual team-work experience in a group of diverse students, contribute to the University’s learning and teaching through working on impactful outputs, and get this experience listed on your HEAR transcript.
What is STEP?
CEED’s and EE’s Summer Teams Enterprise Programme (STEP) is a skills development programme for students to help them strengthen a suite of entrepreneurial skills, and wider graduate attributes. The programme consists of a number of skills workshops, and a related school-based project to help them apply these skills as a team. Through STEP, students are given an active role, working for different schools and add value to the current projects taking place at the University. In the process they develop essential Graduate Attributes such as learning social responsibility, valuing diversity, and building an entrepreneurial mindset.
