This study is being conducted as part of my, Anna Ashton’s, MSc Dissertation in the School of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of St Andrews.

We invite you to participate in a research project investigating the relationship between attitudes towards forgiveness of oneself and others and approaches to social problem-solving. Participants will be asked to complete a series of online questionnaires regarding their mood (including your current experience of depressive symptoms), tendency to engage in ruminative thinking, trait forgivingness, and their strategic and emotional response to the problems they face in daily life. The questionnaire will take approximately 20-30 minutes to fill out and can be completed on a computer or mobile device.

If you are interested, please get in contact using the details below. You will then be given a Participant Information Sheet that further details my research and have the opportunity to ask questions, before being asked whether you consent to participate.

All collected data will be confidential.

Participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of fifteen £10 Amazon gift cards.
