Withdrawal of Voluntary Severance Policy
The Voluntary Severance Policy, which was created to support the University at a time of financial crisis, has been withdrawn.
The policy, which was not heavily used in recent years, has served its purpose. After a review, it has been confirmed there is currently no business need for the scheme. Please note that the University may introduce a VS Scheme, if required, in specific circumstances.
