Bibliographic software management systems are useful for organising your references, keeping track of your PDFs, searching across all the resources you have found, and automatic formatting of your papers using your preferred referencing style.

EndNote is a sophisticated bibliographic software management system that is ideal for PhD students. The University has a site license which allows you to download it to your own PC through Apps Anywhere. This session primarily deals with Endnote but an overview of the key features and functionality of EndNote Online (also known as EndNote Web) is also covered.

What previous participants have said about this course:

“Great. Very useful and the various demonstrations on screen were straightforward to follow. The method of delivering the content was fine and, given the circumstances, really good and positive. so many thanks.”

“Thank you. This was very helpful and not as daunting as I thought it would be. The additional chat with Sharon when I was having a problem worked really well and I was able to jump back into the session and catch up.”
