Project Pitch Perfect (4th and 5th Oct)
Enterprise Education is running a two-day catered event aimed at developing your entrepreneurial mindset.
Firstly, learn how to problem-solve and start a social enterprise to solve student social issues. Next, learn how to communicate about your social enterprise in a focused communication workshop in the Pecha Kucha format ( a quick paced, engaging presentation style of 20s per slide x 20 slides)
The event is to run on Tuesday 4th October 9:30-12:30pm (BMS room 1) and Wednesday 5th October 10-11:30 (Sandys bar, SU).
During the two days you will learn the basics of how to perform market research, create a mission statement and generate a basic business plan to implement your proposed solutions.
Just some of the skills that you will develop include problem solving, recognition of opportunities, leadership, analytical thinking, teamwork, communication and creativity!
