Students of all levels, i.e. UGs, PGTs, and PGRs who identify as chronic procrastinators and where procrastination significantly gets in the way achieving goals/performance and/or significantly affects their wellbeing and health.

Join your fellow procrastinators in this intensive and in-person 3-session group to learn about how to become a better procrastinator.
