Manage meeting notes and actions using OneNote (9 Nov and 15 Nov)

At the University, we‘ll often work across multiple projects or initiatives at once. Most of our working week is spent in meetings. This means we have to juggle different sets of actions and meeting notes.

Find notes and actions more easily by storing them in separate relevant notebooks and team sites. This is invaluable for preparing beforehand and ensuring actions are progressed.
During the session, Fiona Philip, Business Productivity Specialist within IT Services will walk attendees through the meeting lifecycle, including how to:

  • set up a shared digital notebook
  • track and update attendance and apologies
  • gather agenda items and supplementary documentation
  • capture actions during the meeting
  • circulate notes and actions following the meeting
