How to become a better Procrastinator: Part I (9 Feb)
Students of all levels, i.e. UGs, PGTs, and PGRs who identify as chronic procrastinators and where procrastination significantly gets in the way achieving goals/performance and/or significantly affects their wellbeing and health.
Join your fellow procrastinators in this intensive and in-person group to learn about how to become a better procrastinator.
Part of the resources will be shared in the MS Team ahead of the session and it would be helpful to have a brief read through them ahead of time.
The group is interactive, and participants are encouraged to share their own experiences and reflect on their personal situation and difficulties.
Part 2 of this workshop series is optional and will run on Thursday, 9th of March, 14 – 16:30pm (booking will be open after the first session and only open to those who have attended Part 1)
