Participants wanted: Will I Delegate My Data Subject Rights?

Did you know that data protection regulations, such as the GDPR afford you some data rights? We invite you to participate in a research project about data subject rights. Participating in this study is an opportunity for you to better understand your data rights and by extension help you control or protect your personal data. We are interested in knowing people’s willingness to delegate their data rights for research studies.

We are looking for adult participants (18 years and above) and students at the University of St Andrews. To thank you for participating, if you consent, we’ll enter you into a prize draw to win a £25 Amazon voucher.

This study will take about 40 minutes to complete. You will be required to complete an online questionnaire. Interested participants can take part via the following link:

This study is being conducted as part of my, ADAMU ADAMU HABU Ph.D. research study in the School of Computer Science, University of St Andrews. The study has been approved by the School of Computer Science research ethics committee.
