Postgraduate Student Experience surveys 2023
The University is taking part in this year’s Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES) and Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES). They are the only national surveys of postgraduate students, and so is the only way for us to compare how we are doing against the national average and to make changes that will improve postgraduate students’ experience in the University of St Andrews in the future. The more students that take part the better we can do that.
Students who complete the survey will be entered in a ballot to win one of twenty-four £20 vouchers!
- PTES will run from Monday 6 – Friday 24 February 2023
- PRES will run from Monday 6 February – Friday 10 March 2023
All eligible students will be sent a link to complete the survey, with a questionnaire that takes around 15 minutes to complete. Please note that the email will come from a ‘University of St Andrews [email protected]’ sender rather than an internal University address.
The survey responses are confidential to the team processing the results and no reporting outside of this team will identify any individual. Any results communicated to teaching staff will be anonymised.
