Nominations for the 2023 Students’ Association Elections close on Tuesday 7 March, with candidates for major positions like School President, Environment Officer, and full-time Sabbatical Officers. The elected leaders represent students on a variety of issues, from cost of living to accommodation to extension policies; there are student officers on every major University decision making body, including the University Court.

Come meet who speaks for you at one of the following events!

    • Submit a question in advance!
    • Do you care about affordable accommodation in St Andrews? Support for societies? What charities we’re giving money to? Come to the Advocacy Town Hall!
    • Submit a question in advance!
    • Do you care about the cost of living crisis in St Andrews? Improving support from Student Services? What a more diverse and inclusive University? Come to the Wellbeing & Equality Town Hall!

  • Presidential Debate: 13 March, 2023 6:30pm in the Stage of the Union
    • Hear from the Association President and Athletic Union President candidates about some of the biggest student issues.
