You’re invited to the Discover VIP Conference, Mon 13 Nov

Trish Strzelecka
Wednesday 25 October 2023

We invite all staff to learn more about the VIP (Vertically Integrated Projects) modules programme at the University of St Andrews. A Vertically Integrated Project (VIP) is an ongoing, credit-bearing undergraduate research module led by an academic supervisor and made up of a team of students from any level of study (the vertical aspect). The team of students can come from different subject areas with diverse backgrounds and skills across both arts and science. www.st-andrews.ac.uk/education/vip/

VIPs offer avenues for research-led innovative teaching and integrating key Graduate Attributes in our curriculum. Learn more about the award-winning Vertically Integrated Projects (VIP) modules and see student research and leadership in action. Discover how VIPs are empowering students and staff to contribute to key sustainability initiatives.

The event will feature student research presentations, a poster exhibition and interactive sessions. Lunch will be available.

The event would be especially of interest to academic staff interested in research-led and innovative teaching, and those curious about leading their own VIP module.
