This workshop is your chance to connect with fellow postgraduate researchers and wellbeing experts, all with a shared goal—to understand and conquer imposter syndrome.

Discover what imposter syndrome is, how it impacts postgraduate researchers, and most importantly, how to build effective coping strategies. This interactive workshop is all about discussion. Here, both facilitators and participants come together to share their experiences, tackle the challenges they’re facing, and gain valuable insights and tools for managing these difficulties constructively.

To facilitate the exchange of knowledge and resources, participants and presenters will join an MS Team for this event. You can expect a reflective questionnaire and a treasure trove of helpful materials to aid you on your journey to overcoming imposter syndrome.
