Let’s Discuss…Imposter Syndrome (Postgraduate Researcher)
Join your fellow postgraduates and wellbeing experts to learn about and discuss imposter syndrome.
Participants will explore what imposter syndrome is, how it affects research postgraduate students, and how to develop effective coping strategies. This is an interactive and discussion-based workshop, where both facilitators and participants are invited to share their experiences, reflect on difficulties they might be facing, and are provided with information and tools to help cope with these difficulties in a more constructive and helpful way.
Participants and presenters will be added to a MS Team for this event, where a short reflective questionnaire and other useful materials with be shared.
