The Clinton Global Initiative University programme is open for applications. Participating students make a Commitment to Action to address a social challenge. The Clinton Global Initiative University project aims to help turn student’s early-stage social impact ideas into scalable projects and businesses. To achieve this goal, the CGI University offers students training, resources, virtual events, connections, group mentorship and a peer network. The CGI University runs from May 2024 until November 2024.

The application deadline is 15 March. The application form, webinars and FAQs are available online.

Former US President Bill Clinton launched the Clinton Global Initiative in 2005. It builds partnerships across sectors and organisations, delivering action on climate resilience, health equity and economic inclusion. It includes the Clinton Global Initiative University project, launched in 2007. More than 12,500 students have been involved in the CGI University over 15 years.
