CVs and job applications: getting onto the short-list
The session will provide practical advice for participants on how to improve their chances of being shortlisted for both academic and non-academic posts, by tailoring the CV and application form to meet the expectations and requirements of recruiters in different sectors. Participants will also have the opportunity to receive feedback on their own CV, as well as provide their own reflections on another participant’s CV.
