Fellowships at Academy of International Affairs NRW, Bonn (14 June)

The Academy of International Affairs North Rhine-Westphalia invites applications for fellowships in the field of International Politics, with a special focus on topics in the field of Translocalism and Subnational Diplomacy. Applications are welcome from researchers in the broad field of international politics (postdoctoral levels onward) as well as practitioners from such professions as diplomatic services, politics, media, business and civil society. Fellowships can have a duration of between three and ten months between April 2025 and March 2026. The Fellowship require residency at the Academy in Bonn.

Fellowships can take the form of paid/unpaid leaves, compensation costs paid to the home institution, or a stipend on the basis of the
applicant’s current income. AIA NRW takes care of housing for the fellows and their families and covers travel expenses to and from Bonn

The deadline for applications is June 14th, 2024.

The Academy of International Affairs NRW is an independent academic institution in the legal form of a non-profit company (GmbH), which is supported by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
