Participants wanted: research on chronic dieting
Study title: Investigation of the psychological and behavioural aspects of Chronic Dieting Syndrome in UK adults
We invite you to participate in research on Chronic Dieting Syndrome. We hope to better understand the complexities of dieting behaviours, exploring its impact on mental and physical health. The study is being conducted as part of collaboration between the Universities of St Andrews and Brighton.
Participation will involve completing an online questionnaire (approx. 15 mins) about eating behaviours and your attitudes toward your body.
Inclusion Criteria: individuals aged between 18 and 60 years old, individuals in perceived good health.
Exclusion Criteria: individuals who are currently pregnant or lactating, individuals who are currently following a diet for medical advice.
