How important is biodiversity to the University of St Andrews?

We are interested in understanding how staff members of the University of St Andrews experience biodiversity at work and outside of work, as part of our aims to make the University biodiversity positive (good for nature and the environment, as well as for people). We are looking to learn more about the experience and interest of all staff members in biodiversity so please do not feel any prior knowledge or interest in nature or wildlife is what we are looking for. We are interested in measuring the baseline average level of biodiversity awareness within the University.

Please could you help us and complete this short survey.

Please circulate this widely within your internal networks. Our goal is to gather a representative sample of all University staff members’ biodiversity knowledge and related behaviours.

The online survey will be open through 29 July, but please don’t delay. We are looking forward to hearing from you. Your participation will help us make St Andrews a biodiversity positive university.

Alternatively, if you are interested in being interviewed for this research project about biodiversity, or have any questions about further details of this project, please contact Nora Booth, the Biodiversity Engagement Intern at [email protected]
