Postgraduate Winter School in Interdisciplinary Biodiversity, 27 Jan – 1 Feb 2025 (7 November)
The Ca’ Foscari University of Venice will be holding a Winter School in Interdisciplinary Biodiversity from 27 January to 1 February 2025. The Winter School provides definitions and tools for understanding biodiversity, drawn from biology, climatology, ecology, planning, law, media, social sciences, economics and other fields. The programme includes lectures at Ca’ Foscari and the National Research Centre ISMAR in Venice city centre, plus a day of fieldwork at sites within the Venetian lagoon.
Travel and/or accommodation are included for the highest-ranked applicants. Lunch and dinners in the cafeteria and a public transport pass are offered to all selected students. Selected students must pay a €50 registration fee.
