Participants Wanted: Gratitude Practices and Mental Wellbeing
Interested in learning about the effects of Gratitude Practice on mental wellbeing?
We invite you to participate in a research project about the impact of gratitude practices on mental wellbeing. You will be given information on the impact that gratitude has on mental wellbeing and shown how to practise 3 types of gratitude practices. The study will be online using a questionnaire, and you will be asked to answer 3 brief questions on your perceptions of these practices. Any information you give will be accessed by only the researcher and research supervisor. Your participation will be completely anonymous. The data will be secured in an anonymised format, on a password secured University sharepoint, until permanently deleted after data collection.
The study discusses topics around mental health and gratitude. If you have any concerns, it is advised you do not participate in the study.
If you are interested, please get in contact using the details below or follow the link below.
You will then be given a link to a Participant Information Sheet that further details my research and have the opportunity to ask questions, before being asked whether you consent to participate.
