British Council English Language Assistantships 2025-2026 (30 January 2025)
Applications are open for British Council Language Assistant positions in 2025-2026. The British Council offer the opportunity to teach English overseas on a paid six-month or one-year placement working as a Language Assistant. Applicants must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years within the last 10 years.
Teaching time is limited to between 12 and 20 hours a week, giving you plenty of time to experience the country, learn languages and pursue other interests. Placements are available in Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Canada (Quebec), Colombia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
A webinar will be held on 11 December at 1700 GMT. The deadline for applications is 30 January 2025 at 1300 GMT.
