Fulbright UK-US Global Challenges Teaching Awards (10 March 2025)
The Fulbright Commission Global Challenges Teaching Awards support pairs of teaching faculty—one at a US higher education institution (HEI) and one at a UK HEI—in co-delivering virtual exchange programs for undergraduates that contribute to addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This application round focuses on health inequality, peace and justice; climate action, and disinformation and misinformation.
Selected grantees will take part in a year-long programme to support the development and delivery of a virtual exchange partnership utilizing the Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) model. Successful applicants will be matched with a UK/US partner and introduced to the cohort at a virtual orientation in August 2025. Grantees are encouraged to visit their partners in Autumn 2025 or Spring 2025. The courses must be ready by September 2026.
The award includes an honorarium, institutional support funds, travel funds and professional development. The deadline for applications is 10 March 2025.
