PARTICIPANTS WANTED – New Study on Gratitude and Wellbeing
This study is being conducted as part of my, Rachel Gibson PhD research study in the School of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of St Andrews.
We invite you to participate in a research project investigating the impact of gratitude practices on wellbeing. The study will be online, in which you will complete a 5 minute gratitude practice online once a day for a week, with an online questionnaire at the beginning and at the end. There will be a further online questionnaire 4 week after the study. Any information you give will be accessed by only the researcher and research supervisor until fully anonymised.
You must be at least 18 years old to take part in this study and not experiencing any severe mental health issues at present. If you have any concerns around your mental health, please do not take part in the study.
