Student Alumni Founders Celebration: Honouring Competition Winners
Open to all – you’re invited to join us for the Entrepreneurship Centre’s Student Alumni Founders Celebration: Honouring Competition Winners!
This event is designed to celebrate and showcase the entrepreneurial achievements within the University of St Andrews community, while providing inspiration, recognition, and connection between current students and alumni. It’s an opportunity to honour innovation, learn from experienced founders, and build valuable relationships across the entrepreneurial network.
Join us for some fizz and canapés as we celebrate the achievements of our amazing community, including the finalists and winners of our three major competitions: The Start-Up Challenge, What’s the Big Idea, and the brand-new Founder of the Year Award.
We’ll be joined by a current University of St Andrews student founder and an alumni founder, who will both serve as our keynote speakers. They’ll dive into their journeys as entrepreneurs, focusing on the unique challenges and experiences of being female founders. Expect inspiring stories about overcoming gender bias, building resilient ventures, and empowering others through innovation.
This celebration is also a fantastic networking opportunity, connecting students and alumni who share an interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
When: Thursday 24th April at 6:00PM – 8:00PM
Where: Join us in person at the Entrepreneurship Centre or livestream the keynote via MS Teams.
