SAFE: Mental Health Awareness Training

Whether you are in a Professional Services role or part of our Academic teaching community, if you regularly interact with students, this training is for you.

Join us for SAFE: Mental Health Awareness Training, an in-person session designed to build your confidence, boost your communication skills, and help you support students with empathy and boundaries.

You will learn how to:

  • Spot signs of student distress
  • Approach sensitive conversations with care
  • Know when and how to refer to Student Services
  • Set boundaries while offering meaningful support
  • Look after your own wellbeing
