SAFE: Mental Health Awareness Training
Whether you are in a Professional Services role or part of our Academic teaching community, if you regularly interact with students, this training is for you.
Join us for SAFE: Mental Health Awareness Training, an in-person session designed to build your confidence, boost your communication skills, and help you support students with empathy and boundaries.
You will learn how to:
- Spot signs of student distress
- Approach sensitive conversations with care
- Know when and how to refer to Student Services
- Set boundaries while offering meaningful support
- Look after your own wellbeing
