Bergen summer research school “Ocean Futures,” June 2025 (1 Feb)
Applications are open for the Bergen Summer Research School, which welcomes around 100 people to Bergen, Norway each year. This year’s theme is “Ocean Futures. The courses are designed for PhD students, and are also open to those enrolled in a post-doc programmes, those who have recently completed a PhD and those in their last stages of their master programme, with relevant experience. The deadline for applications is 1 February.
The summer school is free, and some lunches are provided. Discounted accommodation and some stipends are also available. See the practical information page for further details.
