Japan Post-Docs, Humanities and Social Sciences (10 Dec)
The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) offers funding for early career postdoctoral researchers in humanities and social sciences to research in Japan. Postdoctoral Fellows work with leading Japanese institutions under a host researcher’s guidance. Awards last 12–24 months and include airfare, monthly stipend and allowances. Applicants must normally reside in the UK, and hold a PhD (or obtain one by the start of the Fellowship, between 01/04/2026 and 30/10/2026).
