Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships for Masters study (15 January)

The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) offer fully funded two-year master’s degrees at Association of Commonwealth Universities members in low- and middle-income Commonwealth countries, including Ghana, Kenya, India, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia and many more. Scholarships cover tuition, living costs, flights, and arrival allowances, plus optional research grants. Scholars join a global network promoting cultural exchange and sustainable development.

Applications for Cycle 1 close 15 January 2026. There are usually two calls per year.

Applicants must have completed a 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and demonstrate commitment to positive community impact. QECS empowers future leaders to tackle shared challenges through education and collaboration across the Commonwealth
