AI-ASSISTED LEADERSHIP STUDY: PARTICIPANTS WANTED
I am conducting an online survey exploring employees’ perceptions of AI-assisted leadership in organisations. Participants can win one of five £10 gift cards. This study is part of my PhD research at the University of St Andrews Business School. I invite you to take part in this study and share your experiences of AI-supported leadership.
Participation is voluntary and anonymous, and the survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. The survey includes both statement-based questions and open-ended questions. To take part in this study, you must be currently employed in an organisation, reside in the UK or the USA, be fluent in English, and report to a supervisor who uses AI to assist with decision-making and communication. This study has received ethical approval from the University of St Andrews Business School Ethics Committee (Reference: BS-0799-1212-2025).
