Participants Wanted: Cross-Cultural Differences in Music Performance Anxiety
Do you feel nervous or anxious before musical performances?
Have you performed in concerts, recitals, auditions, or musical assessments?
We are looking for British and Chinese musicians, aged 18-40, to participate in an online research project investigating cross-cultural differences in Music Performance Anxiety. Other criteria include:
- must be a Classical Musician (Western traditional and/or Chinese traditional)
- must have 5 or more years of classical music experience
- must currently be or have previously been a classical instrumentalist/singer
You will be asked to respond to a series of questionnaires as part of the survey lasting no more than 25 minutes. Participants who complete the questionnaire will be entered into a cash prize draw of £10 (20 prizes available).
