Blue Europe Essay Contest (31 March)
The Blue Europe thinktank has launched the 2025–2026 “Alexis de Tocqueville” Esssay Contest, inviting students and recent graduates (from universities in EU/EEA, UK, US, and Canada) to submit papers exploring relationships between European regions, with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe. Topics include politics, economics, technology, industry, sociology, public policy, and sustainability.
Abstracts (250–500 words) are due 31 March 2026, with final papers of up to 3,000 words due 30 June 2026. Selected works will be published on the Blue Europe website, and the winner will receive €2,000. Registration is via email to the organisers.
