EYEDNESS – DOES IT MATTER?

Are you curious about why you might prefer one eye over the other when looking through a telescope? Well, in this study, you can help find out why that might be. In this study, we are studying to see if eye dominance is related to ocular proprioception. We do this over a series of 5 or more sessions, where you will be paid £5 for the practice session and £10 pounds for each TMS session. Our method of transcranial magnetic stimulation, or TMS, is a non-invasive way to temporarily alter brain signals through electromagnetic waves. For this study, we are taking participants who are: right-handed, have normal vision ( corrected with contacts is also acceptable ), have no neurological or psychiatric diseases, and do not have any metal implants. If you are interested in participating in this experiment, please contact Sam Bell at [email protected]
