This event is the highlight of our academic year for VIPs. It is an opportunity to share work, meet students from other projects, and get new students involved.
Whether you are a current VIP student, supervisor, a prospective student, or just want to learn more:

The conference will take place on Wednesday 15th April 2026 from 1pm to 4pm in The Stage and 601, Students’ Association. You can sign up for the event on pdms here:

We kindly ask you to register your attendance, so we have numbers to order enough catering. If you cannot make it for the whole conference but would like to come for part of it you will be very welcome, and please do still sign up.
The event will feature student research presentations, a poster exhibition, documentaries and interactive sessions.
