University Accommodation Still Available
RBS still have accommodation available across most residences. If you are a returning UG or PG student and have not yet secured accommodation for next academic year please complete the application form.
The application form is updated with current availability.
To ensure we can allocate accommodation quickly, only Individual applications can be made. If you would like to live with/near a friend, please provide the room number and their student ID in answer to the “preferred room” question.
Applications will remain open until Thursday 30 April 2026.
RBS Accommodation (except The Grange and Managed Properties) is fully inclusive of utilities, which given that the energy price cap is set to rise in July and possibly again later in the year, would give certainty on your bills.
Catered accommodation costs are also fixed and will not be impacted by food price inflation.
There are no hidden fees, no deposits and includes content insurance, internet and utilities.
Halls have a great community and feel like home. The wardens in each residence are on hand and together with the Hall Committees, run events and activities for everyone. Our helpful residence staff are available for any queries during the day.
