About the Digital Education Team
The Digital Education team supports the learning design and creation of online learning courses, including the University’s Digital PGT Programmes, St Andrews Online non-credit bearing short courses and credit-bearing micro-credentials. We take a collaborative approach to working with academic schools and units across the University to create accessible and engaging online learning experiences.
About ABC
“ABC Learning Design is a collaborative programme and module design method created at University College London (UCL) in 2015 and now used widely across the sector to help develop new programmes and review existing provision.” (ABC Learning Design – Sprint design your courses and programs in just 90 minutes)
About the Workshop
This interactive workshop will guide you through designing the student journey through your module, with a strong focus on active learning and meaningful learning activities.
You will:
- Describe your course in a way that resonates with prospective students
- Identify the types of learning activities best suited to your module
- Map out a detailed, ideal version of your module
