Santander International Exchange Grants to Bonn for PhD students (15 July)
Santander International Exchange Grants are available for 1-3 month visits to our strategic partner, the University of Bonn. The Santander grant offers a monthly stipend (€1300 per month); research grant (€300 per month), travel costs and a family benefit.
The Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn is one of Germany’s leading research universities. Located in over 350 buildings spread throughout the former capital of West Germany, Bonn is an open and outward-looking university in which to learn, research and work. Since 2019, the University of Bonn has been designated a ‘University of Excellence’ by the German Federal Government. In research, Bonn has eight Clusters of Excellence – more than any other German university – and a vibrant programme of transdisciplinary research.
St Andrews has a strategic partnership with the University of Bonn, and PhD students from St Andrews will be prioritised in the application. The deadline is 15 July.
