Exploring Learning and Teaching Online module (application deadline [4th September])
The University’s Head of Learning Technology & IT Skills Development, Margaret Adamson, will lead a 15-credit PGT module Exploring Learning and Teaching Online in semester 1. Staff and research postgraduate students who teach are welcome to enrol on this module as standalone professional development (it is also an elective option for participants on the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP)). You do not need previous experience of online teaching to enrol.
Request a place on Academic Practice (Modular) – this link allows you to apply for individual modules, but also to progress to other PGCAP modules in future if you choose. Enrolment Criteria
- Staff and PGR students must be teaching concurrently or have taught in the previous semester. (This can be in-person or online teaching)
- You must have the permission of your line manager (for staff) or supervisor (for PGRs).
