We invite you to participate in a research project investigating the impact of a short 4-week mindfulness programme on wellbeing. You will be randomly assigned one of two types of mindfulness, mindfulness in nature, and mindfulness indoors. The study will be in person, with online questionnaires. Any information you give will be accessed by only the researcher and research supervisor until fully anonymised. Your email address will be secured in a pseudonymised format, on a password secured University sharepoint, and stored separately from other data collected from participants until permanently deleted after data collection.

You must be at least 18 years old to take part in this study and not experiencing any severe mental health issues such as depression or anxiety at present, as undertaking mindfulness could potentially cause you stress through practicing awareness of your thoughts and body sensations. You will be randomly allocated to one of two groups, one of which will be undertaking mindfulness in nature. If you have any concerns, please consultant your GP before signing up to the study.

If you are interested, please get in contact using the details below or follow the link below. You will then be given a link to a Participant Information Sheet that further details my research and have the opportunity to ask questions, before being asked whether you consent to participate.
