École Polytechnique visiting professor programme (20 June 2025)
Under the Gaspard Monge Visiting Professor Program, École Polytechnique will welcome one or more visiting professors or researchers from October 2025. Researchers will be hosted in one of École Polytechnique’s 23 laboratories, which cover research topics across Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Management and Computer Sciences.
Visiting professorships last 4-12 months. Professors receive a monthly allowance (€3,500), event budget, family accommodation, administrative support and mobility support for a PhD student or post-doctoral researcher.
The École Polytechnique is part of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IPP). St Andrews does not have any formal links to IPP. Please let the Global Office know if you are selected.
