Join us for a mindfulness session and chat on Mindfulness in University Teaching

Mindfulness is increasingly recognised as a valuable approach to support learning, well-being, and engagement in higher education. This session will share key ideas and practical tools for integrating mindfulness into university teaching and daily life.

We will explore:

  • Why mindfulness can support learning, attention, and emotional regulation
  • Practical strategies for bringing mindfulness into the classroom
  • Simple practices that can be integrated into daily life

Mindfulness can benefit both students and teachers, through supporting focus, learning, and well-being, and by fostering presence resilience, and preventing burnout.
