Europaeum Scholars Programme (27 March)
The Europaeum Scholars Programme offers a unique opportunity to be part of a network of some of the brightest doctoral students of your generation who are interested in shaping the future of Europe. Applications are now open. At the point of applying, you should normally have at least 2 years remaining on your doctoral programme.
The Europaeum Scholars Programme is taken alongside a doctorate in 7 intensive modules, each of 3-5 days, at leading universities across Europe. The modules include seminars, debates and workshops with leading academics and practitioners; professional skills training; and substantial teamwork. Over two years, the Scholars operate in small multidisciplinary groups on a project designed and conducted entirely by them to “make Europe a better place”. Each student is fully funded by a scholarship worth €25,000, covering all accommodation, travel and tuition. You can read about the St Andrews students in the previous cohort here, read the programme brochure or watch an information video.
Applications and references are due by 27 March at 1200 GMT.
